Return and Refund Conditions

The shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the customer, who is free to choose the carrier of his choice to send the return package at his own expense.

The product(s) must be returned:
In its original packaging;
In perfect condition (unused, unwashed, unstained), complete (i.e. with accessories, instructions, labels, etc.);
Accompanied by the return voucher or the duly completed withdrawal form that you will find inside the package.

We reserve the right to reject your return and cancel the refund if the return conditions are not respected.

Return Process

1. Fill out the form that you will find inside your package and send it to us along with your return.
2. We advise you to make your return with a tracking number to avoid problems upon delivery.
3. Once we receive your package and it has been inspected, checking that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, we will proceed to refund you using the same payment method used for the order.
4. You will then receive an email informing you of the return and refund.
5. Return any items that do not suit you within 15 days of receiving the package and in its original packaging with its label, attaching the duly completed return voucher to the following address:

Return policy

For returns from abroad, the return costs and tariffs will be your responsibility.

All items on the website can be returned, except those that state otherwise. You have a legal period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order to declare and send your return. The shipping cost for the return will be paid by the customer. Items ordered through a gift list can also be returned. They can be exchanged or refunded in the form of a voucher, but cannot be refunded in cash. If Fresh Dinosaurs makes a mistake in your order, the return shipping costs will be refunded by Fresh Dinosaurs. In this case, please contact our Customer Service team, who will explain how to proceed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In accordance with current e-commerce legislation, returned items must be undamaged, in perfect condition for resale and in their original packaging. They must not have been used, nor damaged in any way, however small, and must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. If you refuse a shipment from Fresh Dinosaurs, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred and the cost of returning the package to Fresh Dinosaurs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Any customs fees incurred on the return of international orders must be paid by the customer. If this is not the case, Fresh Dinosaurs will not accept the package.

You must send us an email with the items you wish to return to hello@freshdinosaurs.com and we will send you the return document that you must include in the box.
