Shipping costs

SPAIN:

If you spend more than €200, you will receive free shipping using our standard service.

Our standard shipping in Spain for orders under €200 costs €6.50. We use a fully trackable service with Correos.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Your order should be delivered within 4-5 days after this period.

We also offer express delivery within 1-2 days with UPS, which costs €20.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL

If you spend more than €200, you will receive free shipping using our standard service.

Our express shipping for international orders costs €25 and includes a fully trackable service, with delivery within 4-6 days from our warehouse in Mallorca.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

All shipping times are approximate and will count from the shipping date, not the order date.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND TARIFFS

Any import taxes and duties will be levied once the package has reached the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions regarding customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and we cannot modify this amount to reduce international customs fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Fresh Dinosaurs, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Fresh Dinosaurs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the event that the cost of return exceeds the value of the merchandise plus shipping charges, the package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
