Shipping and returns
SHIPMENT
SPAIN: If you spend more than €150, you will receive free shipping using our standard service.
Our standard delivery to Spain for orders under €150 costs €6.50. We use a fully trackable service with Royal Mail or DPD.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days if placed after 2pm, any orders before this time are usually dispatched the same day. Your order should be delivered within 2-3 days after this period.
We also offer next day delivery with DPD, which costs €15.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
EUROPE:
If you spend more than €150, you will receive free shipping using our standard service.
Our standard shipping for European customers costs €10 and includes a fully trackable service, with delivery within 5-8 days from our warehouse in Mallorca.
We also offer express delivery for €25, using the UPS courier service, with delivery 2-3 days after dispatch.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. All shipping times are approximate and will count from the shipping date, not the order date.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL:
If you spend more than €180, you will receive free shipping using our standard service.
Our express shipping for international orders costs €25 and includes a fully trackable service, with delivery within 4-8 days from our warehouse in Mallorca.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
All shipping times are approximate and will count from the shipping date, not the order date.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND TARIFFS
Any import taxes and duties will be levied once the package has reached the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions regarding customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and we cannot modify this amount to reduce international customs fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Fresh Dinosaurs, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Fresh Dinosaurs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the event that the cost of return exceeds the value of the merchandise plus shipping charges, the package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
RETURN POLICY
For returns from abroad, the return costs and tariffs will be your responsibility.
All items on the website can be returned, except those that state otherwise. You have a legal period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order to declare and send your return. The shipping cost for the return will be paid by the customer. Items ordered through a gift list can also be returned. They can be exchanged or refunded in the form of a voucher, but cannot be refunded in cash. If Fresh Dinosaurs makes a mistake in your order, the return shipping costs will be refunded by Fresh Dinosaurs. In this case, please contact our Customer Service team, who will explain how to proceed.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNING?
You may return any item for a refund within 15 days of receiving your original order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In accordance with current e-commerce legislation, returned items must be undamaged, in perfect condition for resale and in their original packaging. They must not have been used, nor damaged in any way, however small, and must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. If you refuse a shipment from Fresh Dinosaurs, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred and the cost of returning the package to Fresh Dinosaurs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Any customs fees incurred on the return of international orders must be paid by the customer. If this is not the case, Fresh Dinosaurs will not accept the package.
You must send us an email with the items you wish to return to hello @freshdinosaurs .com and we will send you the return document that you must include in the box.
