Shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the customer, who is free to choose the carrier of their choice to ship the return package at their own expense.
We advise you to send your return with a tracking number to avoid delivery issues.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on discounted products.
For returns from abroad, return costs and duties will be your responsibility.
We reserve the right to reject your return and void the refund if the return conditions are not met.
If Fresh Dinosaurs makes a mistake with your order, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed by Fresh Dinosaurs. In this case, please contact our Customer Service team, who will explain how to proceed.
Right of Withdrawal
At FRESH DINOSAURS SL, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to justify it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in perfect condition , unused, and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at [contact email] with your order number, and we will inform you of the next steps.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 15 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.
Product Warranty
All of our products are made with high-quality materials and meet safety and comfort standards. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you have three years from the date of purchase to request a repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.
To claim the warranty, you must present proof of purchase and contact our customer service team at hello@freshdinosaurs.com. Damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or poor product maintenance will not be considered manufacturing defects.

Steps to follow to make the return
Return form
Fill out the form that you will find inside your package and send it to us along with your return. We remind you that the return costs are your responsibility and we advise you to make your return with a tracking number to avoid problems during delivery.
Refund
Once we receive your package and it has been inspected, checking that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, we will proceed to refund it using the same payment method that was used to make the order. You will then receive an email informing you of the return and refund of the order.
