RETURN POLICY

 

From abroad, the return costs and taxes are at your expense.

  • All items from the website can be returned, except those that mention otherwise. You have a legal time frame of 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to declare and send your return. The shipping cost for the return will be paid by customer. 

  • Items ordered via a gift list can also be returned. They can be exchanged or refunded in the form of a voucher, but cannot be refunded.

  • If Fresh Dinosaurs makes an error in your order, the return shipping fees shall be refunded by Fresh Dinosaurs. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service team who will explain how to proceed

 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO MAKE THE RETURN?

You can return any item for a refund within 15 days of receiving your original order. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, return items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and  must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded nor exchanged.

If you refuse a shipment from Fresh Dinosaurs, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Fresh Dinosaurs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. The customs expenses that are generated in the return for international orders must be paid by the customer. If not, Fresh Dinosaurs will not accept the package.

You must send us an email with the items that you want to return to hello@freshdinosaurs.com and we will send you the return document that you will be included on the box.
